Ladies and Gentlemen, Please be notified as follows 1- The Vice President and the Secretary General of Basmal have been invited to attend a Zone 6 Meeting in Maputo on the 3rd April 2009. As such, Jacob and I will not be available to oversee the running of the National Knock out phase of the competition that was scheduled for 4th April 2008. 2- Despite commendable effort by Herbert, Cezobal has not been able to complete their regional qualifiers because of rain among other factors. It is for these reasons that Basmal has decided to move the games, yet again, to 11th and 18th April.
