First up at 6pm will be reining CEZOBAL Champions Mimbulu versus crowd pullers Pirates. 8pm will be current log leaders Blazers versus last year’s runners up Cougars who are currently number 2 in the log. This promises to have all fireworks with both teams promising to outdo the other in front of some of the basketball greats in the world. None of the teams want to lose in from of an audience of this caliber, and with lots of bragging rights at stake this game promises to be one of the best games ever…. be prepared for some magic. THURSDAY 12:08:2010 7pm Cezobal has selected two teams which are both made up of a mixture of youth and veterans as well as women and both teams will be coached by the visiting NBA and WNBA Sports Envoys. We want the younger guys in the league to learn one or two new things to improve their game, whilst the older guys will be learn a lot in regard how to command teams, as well as take the opportunity to learn a few things regarding how to coach as well as manage teams. To spice up the whole thing, both teams will be mixed teams with women taking part. Both teams will have 3 women players from the Cezobal Women’s league which will be tipping off this month end. Please find below the names of the players who have been selected for the Thursday night games which will start at 7pm at ABC. People from Lilongwe should make sure to come for the two nights (Wednesday and Thursday) at ABC GYM if they want to see the best of Malawian Basketball.
