There are growing instances where refs just want to blow the whistle because they are a ref. b)refs watching the ball. Remember that one ref watches the ball(the play) while the other watches the off ball situations..but we see a lot of double whistles which means refs are looking at the same thing. Double whistles simply means the Refs are watching ball and not doign a good job. c)husttle..some refs dont run with the play. please run along with the ball and cover the court. Warning!
