Subject: ABC Gym Schedule Changes
Dear CEZOBAL Family,
We wanted to let you know of some changes that are coming to the
Gym Schedule and Gym prices/details at ABC. This week we will be
meeting with the Administration to adjust our Gym prices to cover the
facility costs, as well as going over some procedures and the calendar.
We know that the Gym is a blessing that God has given to ABC, and it has
been a blessing to the community, and all of Malawi.
Our prayer is that it will continue to be that in the years to come.
The hourly rate will be going up for the use of the Gym, the amount
will be determined this week. The calendar schedule will be changing as
ABC sports, activities and other community events will be going on.
CEZOBAL has had their game schedule set for a number of months and the
games are a priority for the Gym. For this week there are some changes:
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE GYM WILL BE IN USE TUESDAY NIGHT AND THURSDAY
NIGHT. PLEASE LET ALL TEAMS AFFECTED KNOW THE GYM IS NOT AVAILABLE FOR
PRACTICE We will be calling the teams as well .
. Please know that ABC's heart is that the Gym be used. This includes
CEZOBAL as well as other sports, groups and organizations.
Because of this we are looking, pursuing, and Doing things to try to
help. One of these things is we bought some lights for the outside
court and have begun to buy the material to install them (This is FULLY
supported by the Tuck Shop money we have been running in the Gym). It
is just some 1000w lights which will give decent light for at least a
half court but we are planning on buying more as soon as we
raise the money. Anyways we just wanted you all to know. Please
feel free to give me a call or email if you have any questions, I will
let you know regarding the prices and calendar details as soon as I find
out this week. (FYI when the outside court has lights it will be
cheaper than the inside Gym .....less running costs/expenses) Regards,
