-BASMAL AGM is not about elections, its a constitutional requirement
that is there which has been raped left right/center by BASMAL, the
AGM needs to take place every year. But now since the term of the
current BASMAL executive is over, they are holding office outside
their 2 year terms, this makes the AGM an emergency.

after all, who cares about basketball in Lilongwe anyway?
