guys would have loved to attend but am out of the country.. am very interested to note the changes being to the constituion, they have mentioned 2, are these the only ones? with the one that extends office term, does that start with the current office holders or the next office holders? since these ones are only one through their term...lets watch how they unfold the interpretation...
