Lock infrastructure currently in use with MOUs Develop a junior league, proper junior league that engages secondary schools and not just ding-dong upscale high schools. Develop ladies basketball from secondary, college and senior league..key is secondary schools. Train sports masters in schools, they hold the key. Make noise about the game, no corporate will drop money on an idle activity like cezobal that only sees more noise on its Facebook page. Seperate all colleges from the main league and have them play their own league, a quick strategy that develops interest given their rivalry. Since the days of "real" abc lions and Chanco hawks, college teams have lately been less competitive. Pull them together and have them play each other for a while. Develop systems around the game, officiating, reporting, calendars, events and governance. Publicity!!! Be a strong basmal partner that can put checks and balances on the motherbody, be able to demand our rights! I.e. don't just accept to conduct elections without the constitution being followed to the letter. Don't watch people rape the game like they are doing now...this has an effect on Lilongwe basketball in the long run. Raise funds from within...just the senior league has capacity to raise money that seriously help the game..i.e. support towards a technical person that goes around training and supervisin schools and teachers on junior league, nothing for free lately. Problem is, we have people that love receiving and not giving towards basketball. Make noise about Lilongwe basketball, positive noise.
