Do you know of when it may be up again? Also, at datacash.com it asks me to get a merchant account from my choice of aquiring banks: American Express, Barclays Merchant Services, Girobank, Natwest and The Royal Bank of Scotland. What's the difference between these and which do you think is the best one?
