I'd prefer putting a knowledge database together from the snippets rather than just having the emails, as is, available. I think this would be better and clearer. At the moment some of the emails are pretty much just links to specific web sites where information can be found on the subject. I'd prefer a more comprehensive understandable set of 'snippets' re-written to be specifically on topic.
