Greg,
If your in a shared hosting environment most ISP won't install it for you.
If your in another environment it's great. Only thing you have to be aware
of is that some of the advanced tests can only be done with some ASP calls
so you have to use a bridge technique. Their support over there is great
though and I would recommend it to anybody. I have been using it on one of
our servers for over a year now. Just my .02 on it.
