What is the difference between your Allaire Academy of Southern Oregon and a Southern
Oregon CFUG? There are two CFUGs in
Oregon already:

Anyway I suggest you just start meeting and put up a website. You don't need anything
from Allaire to start this - you do
need your own time and energy... :-)
