I know what you mean. I just got 3 or 4 tech books and a dozen Hebrew books
(and we're talking huge Gemaras). Digging through them while taking care of
the baby. ;)
I use the amazon list more as a personal watch list than a general wish
list. When I get the cash (or whatever) to buy a bunch of books, I hit it
and get what's on my mind. Its actually a good system and with amazons
personalization software, it pops up a lot of related books that look good.
Truth be told, when I do buy books I tend to look them up on
www.bestbookbuys.com. That gets me the really best prices around.
