I wonder how much Jeremy Allaire is getting on this deal. He does afterall
have to give up his branding of the company...
I guess Macromedia must have just slapped a large amounts of $$$ on the
table and said:
"Ok Jez, the new company's going to be called 'Macromedia' innit."
