In my spare time I'm actually working on something similar to this (sick
or wot), but you are really asking for a massive set of functionality and
it isn't going to be cheap no matter where you go. This type of thing is
really a massive shopping portal.

Can I ask what your budget is? You should realistically have at least
20-30000 set aside and this should really be phase one of the project
with feature sets being agreed for each phase.

Subject: need a B2B2C Solution

Not sure if this worked so trying again.

I am looking for a CF based B2B2C solution. I have had a look at
Q-Commerce,
which looks like an ideal product, but is way out of my price range. I have
also looked at Allaire's Dev Exchange and had no joy.

We want the suppliers to add their products online, or us to be able to
take
a document (probably excel, word or text) from them and import it into the
system. We want the buyers to then be able to comparison shop those
products
based on price, availibility, shipping etc ...

We do not have credit card payment availability in this country. As a
result
we will probably want the customer to pay us, and we pay the supplier. We
have to set up an account for the buyers to pay into every month that we
debit directly from. The system would need accounting functionality where
we
can see what the buyer has paid and what they owe etc ... We need a place
where we can set commissions on suppliers/products.

Lots of buyers only have email or just a phone. We want to be able to email
the email only buyers once a week or month with an entire product/price etc
.... list in excel or something they will be able to view it in. We want
them
to then place the orders through their email. This needs to be as automated
as possible. Any suggestions would be welcome. An import/export
functionality would be something that would help.

Suppliers emailing us with their catalogs. Easy to add for us.

Anyone know of a CF based product that meets some or all of these criteria?
