Just curious, but why the limitation of 4 domain names pointing at a given
site? If you're using distinct IP addresses for each site and if the
customer has DNS for their domains located elsewhere, they could
theoretically point as many domains as they please at their site. It would
seem to be a better policy (and more profitable to you) to permit as many
domains names pointed as the customer likes and then charge a fairly small
"pointing" fee, much as many hosts charge a small fee for parking a domain
name. The fee is really just for hosting the domain's DNS and obviously
doesn't entail any additional traffic to the site.

What are you calling a "subweb"? Is that a FrontPage thing, or do you mean
a subdomain as in "forums.mydomain.com"?

Jim
