It is dependent on time zones, sunrise/sunset, and degree of opposition of the sun to the moon. Any ideas where I might begin to look for this information? (I'm almost embarrassed to ask that last question. I'm a graduate of Sir Sandford Fleming College, named after the man who was the force behind standardized time zones.)
