Taurine: Taurine is a conditionally essential amino acid, which naturally
occurs in the body. At times of extreme physical exertion, the body no
longer produces the required amounts of taurine, and a relative deficiency
results. Taurine acts as a metabolic transmitter and additionally has a
detoxifying effect and strengthens cardiac contractility.

How many cans of Red Bull can I drink per day?
Red Bull is a functional drink and not a thirst quencher. Generally, you can
compare its digestibility with that of coffee. And that is a good guide to
the amount you can drink. The caffeine in one can of Red Bull equals that of
one cup of black filtered coffee. Otherwise, you should simply drink Red
Bull when your body and mind need stimulation.

I haven't tried it again since that party, I need my sleep, it is very sweet
though.

I'm not too familiar with Tuarine but as a big time red Bull consumer, the
effects feel like (to a much lesser degree) Ma Huang and Guarana. Perhaps
Taurine is a derivative of one of both of those. Let me tell you, if you
need to keep sleep at bay for whatever reason. Ma Huang and Guarana based
Supplement work like a champ... Of course you can also get a little agro, so
coding alone is usually safest :-)

Careful That sounds like heart attack material. I've been wondering about
the stuff ever since consuming it in Ireland two summers ago and more
recently here in Minnesota. For sure there is a lot of caffeine in it. There
is also a mystery ingredient, I believe it's Taurine or something like that.
It's an amino acid. That is the only unknown I could glean from the
ingredients. Does anyone know anything more?....
