I don't know whether or not the site is legitimate, but I can tell you that
it is legal in most, if not all, US States to eat human flesh. The health
codes regarding serving human meat to the public are rather strict, but for
personal consumtion it is plausible. I taught a college credit gifted
seminar in high school... the topic: history of cannibalism, ancient times
to present. Via a doctor friend of mine, I was able to acquire human meat
and finish the seminar by serving a small steak for those interested in
actually testing their pallette. Definitely not for the sqeamish, but not
too bad with a little A-1 sauce.
