For the Record, I'm not  over 30.

It would be interesting to find out what the average age of a CF developer
is.  I've often thought about when is the "right" time for someone to merge
from a developer to a PM.  I've been offered a few management positions but
at 27, with a 4yr old, 2 yr old and 5wk old at home, I'm enjoying the
flexibility that developing offers - working early mornings and late
nights - and occasionally when they all nap at the same time.
