Here in the San Francisco area, we have a chain of cheese steak shops which
imports ingredients from Philly (incl. Amoroso rolls). You can feel your
arteries clog up even as you eat one, but soooooooo good. About a dozen
varieties. With the onions and peppers, you better not have a meeting or
anything after lunch <g>.
Re: cod -- reminds me of a pun based on Dr. Edgar Codd of IBM, one of the
parents of SQL:
