But you provided a buffer for the downstairs neighbor.
And while it's warmed up outside, the heat hasn't penetrated your dwelling
yet (sun on windows etc.)

So I get up this morning and the house is *Freezing cold!* No windows open,
just cold. My downstairs neighbor's house is toasty, outside it's maybe 10
degrees warmer than my house.
