Seriously, though, I would ask the client what browser they have and try
that (maybe it's AOHell which is a nightmare in itself).  Also, have them
try to refresh the page when it happens to see if it changes.  If not, have
them send you the current URL from Page Properties in the browser and see if
anything looks strange.
