I've had it coming up with the spacebar just fine .... but that Shift-F2
trick from Dain was the golden egg! Now I can get it to pop-up on command!

I think what you may be looking for is the Tag Insights... Go to Tools ->
Settings. Click on Tag Insights and mark the checkbox. That'll show the
li'l darlin' as you type the tag.....
