well can anyone top this for a bad day? (if you can will you please;)
I woke up this morning (the day after my 21st bday) and was ready to go. meaning i was
actually pumped to go to work today. Over the last few weeks ive noticed alot of
stress in my boss, little did i know i was going to find out why today. over all
today was a good day i got a few things done on this big project that i have been
working on and even learned a few more things (cf wise) then about 4:30 the boss calls
me into the office along w/t rest of the crew (all 5 of us) and says (the sort
version) "Well guys, we are going out of business." my first thought was ok i have a
few weeks to find something else. i was wrong. today was our last day of service (in
the programming department anyways which basically consists of me.) the graphics
department has a few more days of design work to finish and they can do all of the
static stuff on their own now. So tomorrow i get to go job hunting but the bad part
is that finding a web design job in Missoula Montana is tough to do. especially
considering i just started learning asp to make myself more marketable so im pretty
much a straight CF Developer and as far as i know we are the only ones in Missoula and
maybe even in Montana that use CF. <plug>looking for work in AZ, or Southern CA.
{will relocate } :-) </plug> so if anyone has any light to shed on my day i will
gladly take it. so there's my story.
