If people have disabled cookies wouldn't you have trouble with session vars
too?
In that case you would have to append the CFID and CFTOKEN no matter what
type of variables you use right?

In your case, client vars are the way to go. Just remember that you may now
have problems with people who have disabled cookies on their browsers...
