College is about parties and papers... right? I'm sure many college
students these days are being served papers instead of writing papers.

Nah, I think it's a problem with College students -- too little knowledge!!
(I was a college grad myself, lo about 7 years ago -- I happen to love
college. But unfortunately, I think most elementary and high schools just
don't teach well enough.)
