Close, when Galactus came to consume for the first time, the Watcher sent
off Mr Fantastic to get it (ulitmate nullifier) from some place very far
away. When Mr Fantastic held it in front of Galactus the guy stopped trying
to eat the planet.
I'm betting it was a Pez dispenser. ;-)
