Judith,
The drop-down isn't a solution, as I mentioned, there are far too many
different pharmaceutical companies and divisions for that to happen. We
would be sure of forgetting a company and then somebody would get mad.
So far, I see it having to happen where an admin on the client's side has to
manually massage the data and get it to match.

Build a drop down of all the existing companies from the user to pick from,
or a field for them to add their company if it's not on the list.
