If you can't rely on JS, then there is one possible solution...
I haven't tried this, so it may not work at all
in the <Form Action=""> part, put the action as "myform.cfm#LinkTo"
Next put an <A Name> in the location of the first field that needs
attention - and on the first one...
It should work, but as I say, I haven't checked it...
