Well, apparently, the majority of us, are all a bunch of witches (see belief
thread) ......so....we could collectively combine forces and put a nasty
spell on her! <grin>
Seriously though, have you confronted her with the facts you pointed out to
us below?
Sounds like you need to take a bit firmer stance with her.....
Now I know why I never lived with anybody but boyfriends....roommates, what
a pain. All I hear are bad stories. Whether they are tenants or full fledged
roommates.

Okay, so my sister owns a condo and I'm the one living in it. I'm also
acting as property manager.
One of the room-mates just came into my room and declared that she
cancelled this month's rent payment because I am a dumb-ass. She walked
out mumbling something about a toilet brush, me not being able to fix the
hallway, and noisy toilet seats.
I have no idea what is wrong with the hallway. (It works for me).
She asked me if I had a toilet brush a few weeks ago (I didn't), but I
(or my sister, rather) am not under any obligation to provide cleaning
supplies for her private bathroom.
She has been complaining that I slam down the toilet seat in the morning
and it wakes her up. I don't even know I do it, honest, but that doesn't
release her from her contractual obligations of her signed lease.
Does she not understand what it means to sign a lease? Are all people
stupid? She can't randomly stop paying rent no matter how much of a
'dumb-ass' she thinks I am.
I'm not compensated for this stress. I need a live-in masseuse.
