concrete cows? I don't know why, but that thought is more than a bit
scary.... How big are these things? Volkswagen size or larger than life?

It's a town in the middle of England... it was rebuilt about 20 years ago
with "new" houses (windows facing north or something) and has some
horrendous statues (concrete cows of all things)
Was meant to be the new centre of business in the UK, but failed... fairly
miserably... as most people still want to use London as the hub for all
businesses...
