What wonderful arguments!!
I once had a Christian Fundamentalist tell me flat-out that I was going to
burn in Hell because I hadn't accepted Jesus Christ as my Personal Saviour.
I responded "Jesus was a Jew" and walked away...
My kids became real "pains" too -- we had a CASA festival in the park when
they were little: Community Against Substance Abuse. They had a logo with
a stick-figure church & steeple of course with a cross on top. The town's
Chief of Police was selling the t-shirts at a booth as a fund raiser. My
son, in elementary school, walked right up to the Chief and told him "not
only am I Jewish, but in my class at school are kids who are Moslem, Hindu,
Shinto, and maybe nothing. How does your putting that cross on the t-shirt
make all of us feel?" <ooooh, right on kid!> The chief looked taken aback,
and said that as soon as they had sold that batch of shirts, they would
re-order them with a "non-denominational" logo. YES!

Why that's a rather nice way to silence any opposition. :-)
Anyone that disagrees with your point of view is painted with the spectre of
potentially being a 'drug' user.
What a wonderful argument device. I must remember that one.
It sounds like something a Christian Fundamentalist told me once during a
'discussion' in a pharmacy,"If you think that using Condoms is natural and
allright then you must be promiscuous!"
