These are instructions for IE5.x...
Tools / Internet Options / Advanced, then tick on "Do not save encrypted
pages to disk" (under Security)

That'll ensure it'll never cache a HTTPS page;
Pro: Nobody can every hit "Back" to find out what you've done
Con: You can't hit "Back" if the site you're on has dumb validation
