LOL.
Perhaps you should READ the description of the list, before signing up.
BUt here..let me help you out:
"CF-Community is a mailing list dealing with the community that has grown
around the ColdFusion web application language.
This list is for non-technical discussion centering on ColdFusion and the
community. Please post technical questions to the cf-talk list"
Ergo, if you want 'professional' , technical discussions...then please go to
the CF-Talk list.
If you want to find out what your fellow CF Comrades are up to, and engage
in some light hearted banter, as well as a few serious discussions (the
latest being on the War ON Drugs situation in the US), then by all means
stick around.
But in the meantime..stop clogging this mailing list with professional
complaints..
Erika...where's Python?

Subject: List Quality
With the exception of a few of you, is there a professional among you? When
was the last time a whole day went by with only CF Related threads coming
through.
<cfscript>
Really_Annoyed = not_quite_so_professional_people + professional_list;
</cfscript>
CF-Server, CF-Talk, and SQL seem to remain mostly professional, when did
this list get infected?
<cf_Regards>
