For you folks that do consulting etc. this site has a repository of RFPs in
various categories, one of which is Web Development. Companies post their
RFPs on this site, along with info about the project and it's expected
worth.
Some of these RFPs are worth as much as US$1,000,000.00
They include the IPSEQ website, N-tier Net Based ERP suite, Flash
Development.
One company that obvioulsy doesn't have a clue, wants what seems to be a
simple site facelift and is offering US$100,000 .
*shakes head incredulously*
