ah IC no its much more than that, but it does incorporate a webserver - IBM
HTTP server - which is based on apache, I was interpreting Kolya's question
differently, which bits of websphere could be used with CF

as to if its "better" than IIS that's up to you, personally I dislike both
IIS and Apache and would always recommend Zeus Webserver, but that's just me
:)

Sorry - Websphere is *not* a Web server, just as CF is *not* a Web server.
