Well, since Gel got to crow a little about his press, I'm going to toot the
turbo Squid horn.

Here is a press we released yesterday about our first round of funding. Now
we just need to get some author putting up some web scripts so we have a
reason to add that media type..... hint hint ;)

TURBO SQUID CLOSES $5.1 MILLION IN FINANCING FROM ADVANTAGE CAPITAL, EASTMAN
KODAK COMPANY AND INTEL CAPITAL

New Funds to Help Drive Market Expansion

NEW ORLEANS, LA (June 6th, 2001) Turbo Squid Corporation, the worlds
online digital marketplace, today announced the completion of its first
round of funding led by Advantage Capital Partners. Additional participants
include Eastman Kodak Company and Intel Capital. The amount of the
investment was $5.1 million. Other terms were not disclosed.

This round of funding will enable Turbo Squid to advance product engineering
of its digital marketplace software, which aggregates and offers ready to
use, rich media content to digital content creators. The funding will also
be used to enhance Turbo Squids sales and marketing efforts and support
their strategic partnership initiatives.

Turbo Squids online digital marketplace, which will initially focus on 3D
assets and content, allows users to post, price and track the sales of their
own assets, creating a digital repository exponentially larger than anything
previously available.

"Turbo Squid is poised to become a key participant in the Web 3D
'ecosystem', providing affordable 3D assets to potentially thousands of Web
3D developers," said Roger Chandler, Business Development Manager, Intel
Architecture Labs. "Turbo Squid is a great fit with Intel and Macromedia's
joint Shockwave 3D effort."

"Advantage Capital is proud to fund and support the expansion plans of this
exciting company," said Damon Rawie of Advantage Capital Partners. "Turbo
Squid is well positioned to capitalize on the growing demand for 3D in
entertainment, business and on the web and the need for digital assets that
this demand will create."

"Securing this round of funding in today's climate is a remarkable testament
to our business and the future of 3D in general," said David Avgikos,
President and CEO of Turbo Squid. "With this investment, Turbo Squid is in
an ideal position to capitalize on the growing market for digital assets.
These resources will help us to become an industry wide enabler for 3D
technologies in use in film, games and the web."

"3D imaging represents an important growth opportunity for the imaging
industry, and Turbo Squid is providing an infrastructure to spur greater use
of 3D images," said Greg Gresock, Manager, Online Services, Kodak
Professional. " "Turbo Squids digital marketplace for 3D images will
provide Kodaks customers professional photographers and graphic artists
another way to access content for their artistic creations. It represents
another commercial and creative opportunity driven by the convergence of
images and information technology."

Eastman Kodak Company and infoimaging

Eastman Kodak Company is the worlds leader in helping people and businesses

laser imagers for radiologists, photographic films for professionals and
amateurs, digital services for cinematographers, high-speed document
scanners and aerial images. Kodak is a leading participant in infoimaging, a
$225 billion industry created by the convergence of images and information
technology. Infoimaging unites three closely related imaging markets --
devices, infrastructure and services / media that enable people to more
easily use images as a fast and effective way to share pictures as
information, entertainment or memories. Turbo Squids marketplace for 3D
