Why does everyone continue to talk about a browser that is years old? It is
dying, we must continue to support it, but NS4.x is not Netscape today.

Also, please explain how NS6 is only semi-compliant and where you get the
idea that IE has ever adhered to the standards. IE has always, from day one
tried to make itself the standard, not the other way around. NS6 supports
DOM 0 (for backwards compatibility) ,1, and parts of 2. CSS 1, parts of 2.
IE still does not even fully support DOM 1 or CSS1. NS6's support for
XML/CSS/XSL is better than IE's too.
