I met with a health insurance salesman this morning. He said to avoid
any insurance policies that use "reasonable and customary" payment
schedules. Does anyone know about that, or have any thoughts on the matter?
The salesman just couldn't understand how anyone could make money working
with the web. He said it three times: "How do you make money doing
that?" I wonder where he has been in the past five years.
