Buy the book!! Really, get Ben Forta's book (actually all of them) and read
them... I used to use them just for reference but when actually reading them
I learned a lot more about the types of things they test on.
THE obvious choice is the CF Certification Study Guide and take his sample
test at Forta.com many, many times!! The book and sample questions helped
me identify areas where I lacked sufficient knowledge/practice if nothing
else.
