CSS1 provides the ability to format text, fonts and margins in NN4 and IE3.
(at least is supposed to. Operative words: "supposed to") That's all I am
using. Nothing fancier than that.
It's all a pain in the neck if you ask me, but the client wanted it, so the
client gets it in this case.
They assure me it's not a big deal as:
1) 95% of the users are on a company's intranet/extranet
2) Because of the teleconferencing in the program, the user has to have an
updated browser anyway, so we have to do a browser check before they are
allowed in.
