I like that. Over here, we have a law that if you have been filmed on CCTV,
you can pay �20 to the company who own the CCTV camera, and they have to
give you a copy of the tape.
There is a tv presenter over here who took a band of morris dancers into a
McD******, where they were all obviously filmed on CCTV, then sent them a
�20 note and a request for a copy of the tape.
This also applies to the Police taping you, which they do at football
(soccer) matches, for example. One feels like paying up and insisting on
exercising one's rights just for the sake of it.

nothing is stopping you from sniffing out .gov mail either.
if you want a bot to hit as many gov sites & archive them
go for it.
if some one points a camera at you.
buy one & point it right back.
