I'm in about the same boat. Here is how I am planning on enhancing my
skills:

  - Become a Cold Fusion Certified Developer
  - Take a formal C++ class
  - Learn MFC development (For writing CFX tags)
  - Learn to write COM and DCOM
  - Improve my Java skills and take a formal class
  - Familiarize myself with J-Run and JSP
  - Familiarize myself with ASP and VB
  - Familiarize myself with .NET

While this is a lot, I won't stick to this order and may change the
"Familiarize myself with" to "Learn" and vise-versa. I think I can get this
done in 6 months and make myself much more marketable.
