This is a great plan that would give low income people a better chance of
having a better life. Necessities are not taxed. You get 100% of your
check and only get taxed when you spend on non-necessities. It penalizes
spending, not earnings and savings. The economic impact would be
incredible. Take a look. It makes a lot of sense.
