Of course, I have no idea what it really means. From what I can tell, if
someone wants to set up a webcast server for themselves, not as a business
just for their own use, it looks like they expect people to pay $500 license
fee plus $.02 per song. Just to be able to listen to their own music
collection online. Ha!
What I find terribly funny is that I see no indication of to whom someone
would even make payments. Perhaps I'll make a check out to my cat.
