Are you looking for everyone hearing the same music at the same time or just
sharing the music on the server?
iTunes lets you share a music library quite nicely. It's a 1to1 connection,
so each person can listen to what they want from the server.
If you're looking for something more like a radio station that people can
tune in to, then Shoutcast is probably the most popular.
