I don't know where you live or about where Vishnu lives, but
where I live I have a legally protected right to copy any
audio/video I want that I don't own for myself.

The sad thing is that Open Source software is stolen just as
often as closed source software. People tend to get really upset
when I confront them with the fact that they steal my software if
they redistribute it without the license. It doesn't matter that
it is released under a BSD license (which is about as free as it
gets) and they can legally distribute, disseminate, change and
distribute etc. as long as they enclose the license, without the
license it is stealing.
Copyright law is a weird thing.

PS Next month I am going to a seminar with amongst others
Lawrence Lessig to launch the Dutch version of the Creative
Commons project. I am really looking forward to that :-)
