There is indeed! Not 100% easy to sign up though.
Head over to our project site at http://cfeclipse.tigris.org
To sign up for the mailing list you have to become a member of the Tigris site and then sign up for 'observer status' for the project.
Having done that you are automatically subscribed to the users mailing list. Not only that, but you can also log bugs/enhancements/features/etc. on our issue tracker.
