(cheaper if you get in early) and around $250 a night for a hotel room at
the conference (you'll need an extra night if you also want to catch some of
the pre-show stuff).
Add your travel into that. but I'd budget no more than $3000 per person and
no less than $2000 for just attendance, hotel and travel. If you're really
good at the flights and can swing a cheaper (perhaps offsite) room you can
cut that back. but that's where I'd set the stone.
