I disagree. I think they are very focussed on males with brown skin and if you don't fit this preconception of a terrorist you aren't going to get caught except perhaps by an infiltrator. I would hope that they turned their attention to these groups in the wake of Oklahoma City... but the operative word is hope. They immediately accused Arab groups of responsibility, if you recall.

I also think that this is not a healthy topic for me to speculate about :)
